I also (finally) played kyoto winds/edo blossoms and went straight to kazama's route so this is going have more of his characterization from the latest game. I liked him more there too, they got rid of the annoying "waga yome" stuff and gave him actual substance, cynicism and depth which is nice. I'm also much more informed about the history surrounding Meiji Restoration and the politics surrounding it so do expect to see more of that weaved into the story as well haha
