The Promise

Y/n L/n was a name many New Yorkers were familiar with. She was a kind girl, who had been orphaned at a young age after an incident that had occurred with her parents. She lived alone in her apartment, but was always sweet to those around her. She had befriended almost everyone in her neighborhood, it was easy with her accepting nature. Despite this, Y/n was often lonely. But one night while walking home from her local bookshop, Y/n heard something. Little did she know, that what she discovered would change her life forever.
