Apartment 106 belonged to a rundown brick building that stood on a rundown cobbled street in the rundown side of New York City. Despite its creaky floorboards, stiff windows and peeling wallpaper, it was where it all began for a couple of broke students who were about to understand the true meaning of the cliche saying that 'everything happens for a reason'.
