Are you staying in Konoha? great. Can you say hi for me to a kid...? Don't worry it's impossible to miss him out. His hairs always reflect the light of the sun in them and his eyes can make you drown in the biggest of oceans. He also haves that beatiful smile. His biggest trait... You know what? Just search for a child that has the ability to make the brightest of stars jealous, because it'll never shine as purely as he does. Or will it? ...Poor soul. Has your sensei not thaught you to look beyond the deception? It turns out this boy is incredible at acting. I mean, always smiling with a broken heart isn't an easy task.. Yet, he does it on a daily basis, maybe for work, maybe for self protection. No one, maybe not even himself, has seen the scared boy that hides behind the many masks he created. And that's how it all began. When he was assigned to his bigger nightmare: Protecting a bunch rookies What will happen? Will Naruto be able to manage acting happy and goofy all of the way? Or will his mask break when the burden becomes to much? But most importantly, will he be able to feel again? Read to find out!!! Also, I got bored of the cliche stuff, so this story is going far away from canon and other Anbu fanfics I've read (they're really good but I'm crazy so yeah) DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN NARUTO OR THE CHARACTERS IN ANY WAY, if I did a lot of people would be returning from their graves. The abuse and neglect of the village has had a severe impact on his emotional stability. He is depressed and suicidal. He forces the negative memories at bay, but every time there is a rain storm it cracks him open. It brings back all the painful memories. He believes no one has noticed. He thinks no one cares. No one can help him. He is wrong. His savior is an unlikely source. What will happen when his savior figures out what is going on? Can he be saved? Will it be too late?
