My Hero Academia × Sun Wukong

I'm including Sun Wukong in the world of My Hero Academia but in a way that would "make sense". He's not gonna be a deity or whatever, nor a stone monkey, but a boy born in the world of My Hero Academia with a Quirk. No Gods.

This is kinda (but not entirely) inspired by Warriors Orochi, Overly Sarcastic Productions and God of High School.
I'm doing what I want with the various characters that I'll introduce and that aren't from My Hero Academia. This includes Wukong's personality and appearance. He is supposed to be less than four feet tall, very skinny and ugly, etc, he IS a monkey after all ; he's gonna be different in this story.
Of course, in order to make this interesting, Wukong isn't going to have each of his abilities because he has too many and he would be too OP (I mean, more than what he's going to be). For a reminder, Wukong is something like 5× immortal, can shape-shift, create clones, ride a cloud (sorta), manipulate Ruyi Jingu Bang, is absurdly fast and strong and possibly other stuff I forgot. Here, he's just gonna be able to control Ruyi Jingu Bang.
