On a dark and showery night, making her way home from the library, Clara's attention was solely on her pile of books as she walked down streets of Leeds. What she wasn't aware of was the vast group of girls stood outside of a hotel, she walked right between the sea of people. She went to cross the road, stupidly not looking as she was still focused on her books, she doesn't notice the flashing lights coming right towards her, she looks up and sees the van coming straight towards her she was frozen in horror. Just as the van was about to crash right into her, she was pulled out of the road resulting in her falling backwards. He noticed a girl walking just a few feet ahead of him. At first, his thought was that it could be her but it didn't seem that way. The closer he went the more different the person looked. He let out a sigh of lost conviction. He felt hopeless. His footing must've been horrible as he slipped over a rock and tumbled forward, a little gasp of shock leaving his lips. The unexpected rustling behind her, made her face the intrusion. Noticing the man on his knees, she went over to him, lending a helping hand. He noticed a very familiar ring covered hand stick out towards him. He didn't think much of it as he held it to stand up. Why did it feel like home? ~
