This story is going to take place towards the start of book (season) 1 of TLOK t.v. series and will not completely follow the series entirely otherwise you might as well just be watching it again though it will stay pretty similar. The pairing will be the reader with Korra. It goes without saying the love triangle between Mako, Korra, and Asami will be changed.
