A/N: Okay, bare in mind I have very little knowledge of Azure Lane so this will probably be subpar to my other works. Also, the Southern Coalition is completely made up so don't go googling for any information as none exists, the ship names for the fleet of the Coalition are going to be those from the Royal Australian Navy so the ship prefix will be HMAS.

War never changes. No matter the Era. With Humanity struggling to fight back against the Sirens, new weapons of war were created. Ships in Human form. Beings created from Mental Cubes with the power to call on powerful Warships. To combat the threat of the Sirens the Azur Lane was formed, an alliance between The Sakura Empire, Dragon Empery, Eagle Union, Royal Navy, Iron Blood and numerous other factions. Although over time a schism emerged with the Sakura Empire and Iron Blood choosing to rely on Siren technology while the remaining members of the Azur Lane decided against. Though notably neutral and generally opposed to signing an agreement with the Azur Lane, the Coalition of the Southern Oceans is forced to make a choice.
