The idea that the truth is the best thing to speak, is ingrained in us from the very start of our development, and that lying is inherently bad - that too. But what about saying nothing at all? Many of our parents would say that if you know the truth, to speak it, but I would argue not. Sometimes the silence can be better than the truth. The silence can be eerie and can hold a grasp around your neck, but so can the truth, if it's strong enough.

Friends, family and love can be lost by the telling of a truth, or the disguising of one.

And when one is faced with the decision of whether to speak the truth or not - being well aware of the consequences of both sides - they generally choose the wrong one.

Both are wrong, of course. The truth is bad, that is why it would've been concealed so the telling has no better impact than disguising it.

The truth will out.

It's just a simple question of when?

Harry and Louis are growing up as brothers since Harry was five when Louis' parents adopt him. They always had a special bond and when there is one thing Louis cares for, then it is his younger brother. He always tries to keep him from bad influences, the mean kids at school and the cruel world. One thing he can't keep him from is puberty, being curious about his own body and exploring his sexuality. And Louis tried, he tried so hard to keep him from all of this, but he realises soon enough that there's no way out of it. Without knowing what he actually causes with that, he helps him wherever he can- just as always. Nothing wrong with that, right? Wrong. What if it gets harder and harder for him to keep his desire and deep feelings- that go far beyond brotherly love- hidden under the surface until he gets to a point where he can't fight against it anymore?
