Sure, Y/N had been seeking a change in landscape. It was only natural for someone like her, trapped in a tedious town with people who would never understand her tendencies, to want something out of the ordinary, even if just for a moment. She longed to feel the rush of excitement.
But, getting attacked by a vampire lady on a Saturday afternoon wasn't exactly what she had in mind.
Discovering she was a demigod was the turning point in her life. After finally experiencing what it was like to be free, to feel important, to have friendships and family, she knew she would never go back. Especially because it would mean leaving behind Leo Valdez.

And when three new campers arrive, Akira must step up and help them on their quest to save Hera, growing close with them along the way. Leo Valdez knows he fell hard for Akira.
