Post destroy, Shepard and Garrus have to begin a new life... From scratch. (Not related to mass effect relays, this is not a prequel)
After destroying the reapers, Shepard wakes up in a hospital room, where she recovered from her injuries, only to discover:
1.she's suffering from partial amnesia and
2. the world she saved is still as broken as she is: stranded aliens, the council based on earth and one of her friends possibly plotting to betray her.
