So here in this story Oliver is an angel. more specifically, an angel guardian. At first he gets assigned a young girl around his age named Rin. He then later complains about her being too easy to watch over, so when Rin gets replaced a very difficult human, he and his friend Flower ,who gets assigned a young boy named Piko, don't think he can help the newly assigned troubled teen.
He soon realises that this particular patient had a very sad backstory, and feels pitiful.
That pity soon transforms into immense attachment to the boy.
and that attachment reveals itself to be something else, something stronger...
If you're curious and/or concerned about the ages of the characters, Fuka is 17 and Ollie is 15.
The artwork on the cover is made by me, but @TheLavenderNarwhal made the rest of the art that I credited them for! It's really amazing!

It all started with a school mystery, his assistant, an exorcist, and somebody who wanted nothing to do with the apparition life in the first place. A shame none of them could get what they want. In a small seaside town where it was warm almost all year round, there lived a young boy named Oliver. He adored the sea and everything connected to it - he studied marine creatures and kept a detailed journal of his observations. But others saw him as strange, and he was often mocked; one of his classmates, Fukase, was especially cruel, never hesitating to strike him. One day, after another act of bullying, Oliver goes to visit his mother at work to calm down - but instead, he encounters a mysterious aquatic being he's never seen before... and an unexpected bond begins to form between them! The work is written on the topic of "maritime exploration" which is related to an event that took place on the OliKassssss Discord server, of which we are members. We are not sure if we understood the topic correctly, but we were told to "interpret it at our discretion," so everything is fine, ig??Complete
