Kokichi Ouma is the leader of one of the most wanted organizations in Tokyo known as D.I.C.E; Shuichi Saihara is a young, but very successful detective, who is in charge of finding the boy and send him, including the members of his organization, to jail. Unfortunately, between their encounters, they start developing feelings for each other, making Shuichi's job more difficult. Yeah, it's the third volume of Oumeno greatness brought to you by the self-proclaimed Oumeno Queen (as long as nobody else wants that title, I will happily take it)! ^-^ I started early on Vol. 3 because I'm in the middle of a story in Vol. 2, and I had ideas that were fresh in my mind that I wanted to get on paper, so I went ahead to create Vol. 3. I will go back to the story in Vol. 2 and finish, though! And when that's done, I'll erase most of this message here and make a better one.
