Bakugo doesn't remember much about his pass at least not face's of people he doesn't see often. He enjoys myths, legends and superstitions.
Todoroki remembers everything every fine little detail to what he did when he was 4 to people he met for 5 seconds when he was 6. He is as emotional as he is emotionless.
