Nicholas is a creature who was born into this world through unnatural ways, that being through a magical device. Right now he doesn't seem to question much about himself, but as he moves forward in life he realizes more and more things that don't make sense in his world.
Nick isn't a bad guy; despite his warped view on morals, he spends most of his time running around saving people. But why? His purpose in life isn't clear yet. This book tells the story of his journey through life and what lies ahead for him and his friends, Ace and Luna. Will his mental strength and compassion triumph over his overwhelming existential dread?
