THE LOVE THAT DOESN'T DIE

Mayako Fujimoto is just your regular biracial young woman that likes her life but has this deep desire for another life and doesn't know why. Mayako has a loving mother that raised her with her grandmother in Japan. Ever since her Kenyan dad died in a horrific car accident back in Kenya on a business trip. Her Japanese mother hasn't loved anyone since. Her mother always reminds her of her dad with happy memories they had has a family. She was only five years old but can remember him well. Mayako has friends and is almost done with her university. She studies history. She is also working part time at a cafe. Mayako likes music as well, coffee, and sleep. Mayako's love life is the only thing that she can't seem to get in her life. Something strange happens to the young woman coming home from work on a late night and her car is getting fixed so she has to walk home for 3 days but on that one night she ends up following some old lady. This older woman claims that she needs help and leads Mayako to a small house. She was suspicious of the old woman because she didn't even know the elder woman's name but she had a weapon on her if the old woman tried anything. She followed the old woman Into a room that had this big history book on a table. Mayako being into history curiously observes then touches the book. In the middle of reading about ancient Japan, the elder lady starts chanting words so fast she couldn't even comprehend what was going on. Before she could say anything, she passes out. Mayako wakes up into a whole different town and soon realizes while walking around she isn't in a different town she is in a different time period. Will Mayako return home or will she find her true love and her true destiny?.
