Alastor was the demon who tempted Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. Because of her crimes God condemned her to earth to live among mortals for the rest of eternity.
Charmeine is the angel who was guarding the tree of knowledge and who was unable to stop her. She now works as a minor messenger angel because of her screw-up.
When Charmeine gets a chance to redeem herself and guard the tree of life she quickly accepts the challenge.
The only problem is in order to do so she must prove her abilities by going to earth and locating Samael who has gone missing.
Charmeine has always been taught that demons are evil, wicked, despicable creatures who cannot change and who cannot be trusted and that is the way they all are.
Alastor is a strong believer that angels are snooty, goody two-shoes beings who think they are better than everyone.
But what if everything they've ever been told is wrong?
What starts as one enemy avoiding another soon becomes two girls learning about life, love, dreams, humanity, right and wrong, and emotions
And turns into a romance that no one in heaven or hell could ever have predicted.
