Lorna O'Shene is a young modern woman who, in addition to having the normal concerns of relationships, friends, family and work, is also dealing with her gradual transformation into a mermaid. Lorna seeks out the help of marine biologist Dr. Kitt Dawson -- and soon finds herself falling head over fins.
