This Avatar story is my idea of what came after Korra - after Aang the last Airbender came Korra, the last avatar - or so everyone thought. After peace reigned for years past Korra's death everyone assumed that the cycle of Avatars was over because the light spirit Raava had been ripped out of Korra by the dark spirit Vaatu, but then something happened... The fire nation attacked again as an old fiend rose from the ashes and was reborn - Azula is back and out for vengeance - when she takes the world back into the past age from Aang's time someone most rise to the occasion to stop her.
