Fix Me, I'm Broken
Walking into an empty house is normal to me. I guess I got tired of saying 'I'm home' when nobody is home to reply. It wasn't always like this. I remember when our family was close. Now we don't see each other any more. We don't talk to each other. We don't eat with each other. We don't ACKNOWLEDGE each other. This all happened after my 'Mother' killed herself. Have you ever stopped to sit and watch the world pass by; wondering what would happen if we had no time, no clock, nothing to keep track, or have you ever sat down and listen to music drowning out all unwanted problems you refuse to pay attention to. As you sit you begin to realize every second has its new beginnings. Time is something money can't buy, but it is also something you can't place on fast forward or rewind. Every beat of life counts just have to listen to the melody to live it happily. A young teenage girl is living an unwanted life every hour has a memory running straight through and every tick tock and replay cuts into her past. "Turn the music up, real loud. As the lyrics fill my head, a hundred memories run wild, lyrics intertwining with my thoughts. Change of attitude, cant be disturbed. Words flow like tears, all eyes on me. Beneath The Surface
I'm falling... Falling, helplessly and inevitably; completely at the mercy of the forces dragging me down. Having to trust in an entity's blind intentions and praying to God that they won't let me hit the ground. It's an incredible and horrifying feeling. A feeling that I live for. The Forgotten Tragedy
Harsh and raspy; His voice bombed with power as he clenched his fists in rage. The young girl stumbled over her bare feet, her heart about to explode out of her chest. Her breathe was ragged, eyes shut for a split second before being born again and filling her body with a big scoop of that cold morning air. She starred hard at the morning sun as it started to peak its way over the horizon. All of her built up emotions start to find their way to her watery eyes and pour down her cheeks. Smiling as she cried the last thing that girl noticed was the wonderful white snow falling on that not so beautiful Christmas morning. He is a drunk, he cant let go of the pass or control his anger. She just wants to protect her child and live a happy life. She just wanted to help but now she needs someone to help. He just wants to be loved. Why does life never go his way? He is a horrible, rich powerful man and always gets what he wants. He has nothing yet he still tries to help all for what? #Wattys2016Concluida
