My first ever g/t work. Inspired by Arrietty, although different plot. Contains sfw interactions only (minus some angst) (43,000~ words).

Everything takes place in modern day, but in a fictional reality where little beings (borrowers) live in the walls and take things that humans don't need. They're incredibly timid creatures, but excellent survivors and very agile. They'd look 100% human if not for their ears, tails, and feet.

Carter is the youngest in a family of four, resilient with a daredevil spirit. After a tragic turn of events he's left to fend for his own, and manages alright, until the unimaginable happens.

But.. things may not be as bad as they seem.

Though his step-father leads the family, it is his blunder which has forced the family to migrate on the cusp of winter. Soren must fight daily to help his family survive; however, he knows nothing about the occupants of this new building. Who lives here? What innate dangers do these humans possess? And what would they do if Soren or his family were discovered? This is part of a collection of One Shots involving borrowers and similarly sized folk.

"I was a guy going on vacation but suddenly I got transported to a land inhabited by tiny people and now I'm the cause of the nation's main conflict!" ahh story. Gulliver's Travels rip-off isekai sort of thing. Despite the title, the story is completely SFW G/T. Note that this will not have a consistent upload schedule- this story probably lacks structure given that I'm winging the plot so I'm basically writing whenever inspiration strikes lol. May contain themes of dehumanisation, anxiety, depression. I do not know how often these would be mentioned but I try to keep it as light as possible.

Don't let the name fool you. It isn't about treating borrowers like crap and all that. It's actually about a girl named Rose Leaflet who absolutely loves and respects borrowers. She works at a pet shop only because she gets to take care of borrowers that way. But when she is told to take a borrower man that went past his limit to the food market, she's shocked. Never has she had to do that before. And she doesn't. Her boss will tell her to keep the money that she'd receive for the borrower. So instead of selling the man, she takes him home. It's winter, and she can't just let him go. Then she is told to sell a second man the same day. But she doesn't. Instead she also takes him home. After a bit of trouble with the first one, she then finds two little borrower kids. The four borrowers find that they do not mind staying, since she doesn't baby them. She buys them a house and nuts them food that they can make themselves, letting them live comfortably. Soon she's finding that not only is she worrying about selling borrowers to nice people and taking care of borrowers at home in secret, she also has to secretly take home more and more borrowers. How will she keep all of them safe? Find out.
