A Love That Happened Pre-Z (Murphy X Reader) (Z-Nation Fanfiction)

17 parts Complete Mature

You loved Murphy and he loved you as much as you loved him. You knew Murphy your entire life, Pre-Z, as kids you knew each other. However, when he got arrested, you stopped talking. Then, the outbreak happened and you knew the prison he was in got overrun. You thought he was dead. Then, you saw him when you were with Warren, Garnet, Doc, Addy, and Mack at Camp Blue Sky. Sneak Peak I was standing next to the truck with the guy Hammond was with. He kept staring at me. Finally, I sighed and pointed my gun at him, saying, "Problem?" He looked down and I made him look at me by lifting his chin up with the top of my gun. My eyes widened and I said, softly, "Murphy?" He smiled, slightly, and said, "Hey, (Your Name). Long time no see." I lowered my weapon and I wrapped my arms around his neck, crying. I cried into his shoulder and I said, "I thought you were dead." He chuckled and said, "I thought you were too." I looked into those blue eyes of his and I kissed him, despite the bite mark on his torso, that I could feel through his shirt.
