Sixteen-year-old, Noah Bexter, isn't just some teen that mutes himself due to extreme anxiety but because something or someone is stopping him from keeping a normal conversation going. It's hard for him to speak more than 3 words at a time; just by chatting back and forth- it leads to Noah having a nervous stomach.
The saying of: "Meeting the right people," does have its place, but it's better said than done. How can you focus on making friends when your mind is already set on finding out the truth of a close family member?

I'd like to add that it mentions things like sex and violence but I don't plan on going into any graphic detail in this story. There is also occasional cursing.
