The promises came at the doorsteps of my heart, why did you make them?
When you said that you would come?why didn't you keep them?
The sound of your footsteps were heard
And on the shelves of my heart, your pictures were decorated...
The foundation of hope and trust was very delicate,
It broke when you isolated youself from me...
I was standing right there at the edge of the mountain risking everything I had only for you for the very first time in my life....
Didn't listen to anybody... only listened to what my heart said...what you said!!!
I consoled my heart in hundred ways,
But still now, it craves and starves for the sound of your footsteps... truly irreplaceable they are!
I just wanted to confess, just needed an answer irrespective of whatever it might be...
I just want you to know that...
