"Erie, may I introduce you to my newest helper," Matthew smiled at me. I smiled back. "Hey motor boy!" I called out as we rounded a corner. I froze and stared blankly at the muscular back that was facing me. What was he doing here? I debated on running out of there screaming, better not. I moved to put my mask back on but it was too late. King was already turning around and wiping his dirty hands on his white shirt. "Hey, nice to meet you..." he said as he stuck his hand out for me to shake. His steel-grey eyes finally met my blue ones. "Valerie?" .... Everyone in Valerie Brooks town wants to know Erie Skoob. "Ava, you have to be quiet! They'll hear you-" Tears started to spill from my eyes, blending in with the rain that dripped down my face. I shouldn't have come here. The last time I followed someone I made accidentally noise and got them killed. I had to get away from Jaxon. I turned on my heel, ready to run to, but Jaxon grabbed my wrist. "Let go" I choked, "I have to leave. You're in danger-" The next thing I knew, his lips crashed onto mine. His arms wrapped around my body, pulling tightly to his chest. "Stop it" I sobbed, unable to control my trembling. "Why are you doing this? Let me go-" "I had to get you quiet" he murmured. "Please Ava. You have to try to calm down. I understand you're scared right now, but you have to trust me. We're going to get home safely. Stay with me a few more minutes, and then we'll get the f*ck out of here. I promise." -- A little about Ava: She has made the long move from Detroit, Michigan to California to escape her gruesome past. She moves in with her older sister, and is ready to start her junior year of high school. Despite the demons she carries, she holds onto hope for a bright future. A little about Jaxon: he's 17, and Oceanview High's resident bad boy. He comes from the Marvel family, a family of cold-hearted millionaires who don't seem to care much about their kids. He's also got a secret only few know, he's a dangerous member, and street racer, for the L.A. gang: Crimson Blaze. -- Achievements: #1 in streetracing #1 in teenromance #2 im highschool #3 in drama Hey all!
