"I have a more personal question," she ignored his arrogance. Watching him had sparked a new interest that seemed to overpower any interest she had in their previous conversation. "Oh?" he seemed surprised but didn't allow it to affect his composure. "Go ahead then." "Why me?" "I beg your pardon?" Sirius seemed confused. Marlene felt embarrassed asking it but it wouldn't be the first time it had danced around in her head. Sirius was the type of guy that could have any girl he wanted. He was smart, funny, immeasurably handsome, and he bloody well knew it. Though he was bit egotistical at times, his hot headedness had seemed to settle down immensely from the boy she had known from fifth and sixth year. "Of all the girls you could have picked from, you chose me. I want to know why." Sirius was looking at her funny - it was not quite the reaction she had been expecting. "Of all the girls I could have picked from. What exactly is that supposed to mean? Isn't it obvious?" * It's Marlene's seventh year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and she has graduated from blundering student to emotional train wreck. She knew that seventh year was going to be challenging, but she never imagined that N.E.W.T.s would be the least of her worries. The pressure of suppressing her emotions begins to take its toll, and it's only a matter of time before she breaks. She knows that she must tell Sirius how she truly feels if they ever stand a chance. As she struggles to win Sirius back, dark forces continue to loom over Hogwarts. You'd think after three years in magic school, Harry and his friends would've learned to stay out of trouble. But trouble seems to follow them round every corner, and that was especially true when Harry got chosen to compete in the Triwizard Tournament. (Y/N) confessed to Shelena the year before about her crush on Harry, and the former was struggling to keep her feelings at bay, but is she willing to give up this crush that causes a rift between her, Ginny and Ron? Despite caring for Ron, (Y/N) and Harry deeply, Hermione knows she's got to choose between them this year when they get into a fight. But with more activities on her plate than ever, Hermione fears if and when her facade is going to crack. Ron would never admit that losing Harry as a friend was one of the worst times of his life. And when he thinks everything's gone back to normal, he finds out a secret that changes everything. Will either sibling be willing to put their own feelings aside and make up with the other? After three years of hiding, Shelena finally came out into the open about her true identity, daughter of Sirius Black. Things are even worse when someone reveals that she's related to Slytherin brat Draco Malfoy and hardly anyone stands by her. Shelena hopes this is the year she can separate her true friends from her fake ones. But will things end well for the five of them? Looks like you need to read to find out. So buckle up, and enjoy! *All characters and plot rights go to JK Rowling, except my oc's and changes in the plot*
