Riley Bolton ( Troy and Gabriellas daughter) and her boyfriend Trent ( jasons son) are in love - or so it seems.

When Riley catches him and her best friend Sabrina (Sharpays daughter) making out, she breaks up with him and blocks Sabrina out.

She suffers from depression, and her dance teacher, Mr. Evans (Ryan) notices. She is ready to commit suicide. But Music is her escape from death.

Then, she meets Lucus (Chad and Taylors son) and becomes pregnant by him.
