When a cloud of darkness covers the African land it is plagued by corruption, war, and a deadly virus. In fear of the masses of Africans seeking refuge in their nations and the spread of the disease, the western and eastern powers came together and unleashed nuclear destruction on the continent and obliterated all life.

The young and mischievous Zahari princess Jira is realistic about her life for a 12-year-old.
