We headed north for a day, or what i thought was north, to be honest, I couldn't tell. The pain from my leg was making my mind blur and each passing minute was pure agony. Nutmeg was beginning to tire and the pups, well I had to pick them up a while back, they kept on falling behind. I suppose I'm lucky in some ways, one of them been that it's spring and not winter but the wind is still cold, its always so cold... Hope I make this book as good as the last one. It's important to note that this story takes place outside of the timeline. What happens here doesn't affect the original storyline. The meteor restored the powers to the pups. Jager and Smeerder gained strength. Jager got strength enhancement, Smeerder got teleportation. However, Menta still didn't receive anything. During a fight with the imitator, an interesting dog appeared who sided with the villains. Our story begins just before this point. Who is the new pup? And what are their abilities? Will Menta gain abilities? If you're interested, happy reading. Oh, and if the new pup's ability seems familiar from somewhere, it's because Chase_sergeant provided many ideas: Jager and the Meteor's Power book.

Due to Y/N's service history, he was allowed into the vault during the nuclear warhead exchange between America and China, and that's where our story starts.
