All Might had distracted all hopes of being a hero of two boys that you should NEVER dare to say such thing. 

They were devasteded and mad at him, but it didn't let them go down! At least at first it didn't. 

After a while (no spoilers of what happened) they start searching for new members for the now future gang that they've decided to create. 

A gang full of mad teenagers that one day would turn out to be the most popular and one of the most wanted and dangerous gangs. 

They don't work with others that aren't in their group, they work by themselves and only who they think should enter can actually enter.
