What happens when Choi Beomgyu gets the Hanahaki disease because of his love for Kang Taehyun who pays no mind to Boemgyu.
Will Beomgyu be able to win the heart of Taehyun or will he die trying?
Hanahaki Disease A Japanese, Korean and Chinese fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the the person they love returns their feelings ,or when the victim dies The flowers come from a flower bank that is growing in the victim's lungs. You can get the flower bank removed by surgery side effect is forgetting the one you once loved
