A mother, widow, service member, paramedic and avid coffee drinker. Drestin never thought she would b a dragon one day. A god, a dragon of origin. She would take over the work of her predecessor, over seeing a universe that contained a multitude of galaxies. Several of those galaxies containing a world or two. She will bare witness to their birth, death and growth.
Just a side note: This is my first book. So I apologize for the rough draft work, but I will edit and edit it again as I move on to new chapters. This is my original work. I have thought bout writing this story for several years now.

Draconic Amnesty
Thump - a faint vibration in the earth followed a gust of wind. Four dinosaur-foot-shaped depressions appeared in the grass. Further away, past the depressions, goal posts and trees blurred as if hidden behind slightly translucent glass. Then, it wasn't so translucent. A shape solidified from thin air, slowly, condensing into a shimmering mist. The legs came first, trunks like small trees reaching up to muscular shoulders, perhaps twice his height. The body manifested, enormous, easily the length of a full-sized bus from tail tip to chest. Wings came into view, curling around the body at a distance, like a webbed exoskeleton growing in time lapse. Finally, the head appeared - horns and nostrils and teeth like daggers - connected to the chest by a long neck. It wore silver like a second skin, as if coated in polished scalemail - everything except its spines, claws and other bony protrusions. Like a broken mirror, it reflected the moon and stars. All in all, it was a nightmarish beast, one that in no way, shape or form resembled Wren...or any human for that matter.
