Being a practising teenage Muslimah is a lot different than being a teenager,it is awesome but it also comes with a set of struggles.

Misha, Areej and Hamda are students of a residential school and happens to be close cronies, choosing the right priorities, focusing on religion to remain grounded, making decisions and sacrifices through out the process is an ultimate challenge for them.

Their life brings a piquant story of glory, happiness, trials and tribulations but those hardships only serve in making them strong and courageous.

While battling through all turfs, they swim against the tide, they take courage and they learn that there is no difficulties, no trials, nothing to deter them from their path because they accept it as a decree from Almighty.

Remarkable patience and immense gratitude is what makes them stand strikingly out of the ordinary.

One slice Muslim, one slice life and all that is in between.

COMPLETED ✔️✔️ Excerpt. *** "I won't bite. . .yet. . .I promise" He said with a teasing smirk. Walking in the rain didn't sound like a bad idea. Naima didn't want to sit in a car alone with him. As her luck was rare, the thunder clapped and she found herself racing into a practical stranger's car. That wasn't the plan. Naima looked at him weirdly. "Fine. . .but don't try anything funny." "You have my word. I won't try anything. . . funny, Habiba." She could have voiced her disapproval in his insistent need to call her Habiba. But there were much more bigger problems. *** Blurb. A bump in the high school hallway? Cliché. . .I know. But it did happen. And personally Naima hated clichés. She was clearly going to hate him too. But she didn't design life. No one did. And Tawfiq had a way of sneaking up into people's lives if he wanted. And he wanted to sneak into the one hijabi in his French class. Things start not to match up with what Naima knows and questions are raised. Everyone hides something from the world. . . Even stars hide behind clouds on a cloudy night. 104 parts Complete

A few minutes into the walk, I heard footsteps shuffling behind me. I tensed up and halted in my tracks. My heart began to pound violently in my chest. I felt too afraid to even do anything. I stayed glued to my spot, but that didn't stop the footsteps from approaching. Mustering all of the courage left in me, I spun around and to my utmost horror, two men - more like thugs were standing just few inches away from me. Ya Allah, please protect me! I don't want to die like this. I spun back around and started walking, my pace increasing rapidly. "Hey! Where the f*** do you think you're going, bit**" One of the men slurred. By the tone of his voice, I could tell he was tipsy or high. The rate of my fear intensified. MANAL ❤ ©2019
