Mira Evans is attending prom when a monster crashes the party, putting Mira and her best friend in danger. Mira discovers that she is a demigod as well as her best friend, a daughter of Hephaestus. She takes Mira to a place called Camp Half-Blood, a safe haven for other demigods. Here she meets new friends and goes on a dangerous quest where she learns more about herself as well as who her godly parent is and his history with her mother. This journey could change everything for her. Could it be for better or for worse?
