You are Izuku's sister and you are a mute. When you were a child your dad, a man that raped Inko, guilt tripped you. BTW His name is Akuma, it means demon. Your quirk is electric current and you have lighting fast reflexes, so your electricity gives you a boost in speed. When you overuse it your body starts to go numb and tingle and everything nice like that. If you overuse it too much you turn into the female version of Kaminari, but more like a lifeless doll that can walk. And your dad's quirk is hallucinations. If he touches your skin while activating his quirk you start to hallucinate. And every time I say you laugh or snort or giggle or something like that you don't actually make a sound. You just make the same movement's.
