Imagine if all magic in the world was gone, or perhaps, it never existed. Lucy Heartfilia, who comes from a wealthy family, writes a novel and travels the world, in hope of finding something or someone that inspires her. Even though she has all she has ever wanted, she feels that it is not enough for her. In this world without magic, it is not enough to fulfill someone's happiness. One day, as she walks through a golden forest to arrive at the capital of Fiore Kingdom, Crocus, she caught the eyes of a young, sakura colored haired guy looking at her. She also looked back to look at him and smiled. At that moment, she felt something that she has never felt. A warm, fuzzy feeling as her heart pounded. The beginning of friendship, that would grow to become much stronger than a friendship.
"I'm Lucy...Lucy Heartfilia!"
"Well I'm Natsu Dragneel! It's great to meet you, Lucy."
