Amy gets taken away, Sonic gets filled with rage, and Shadow tries his best to the what's good for the gang and for Sonic himself. How will things end for the crew? Will Amy be saved and help Sonic not be so rageful? Or will Shadow have to become the new leader for the crew? Thing is, Shadow doesn't want to be the leader. When Shadow gets injured from one of his and Sonic's infamous fights and is left bed bound, Sonic feels pure guilt and goes to apologise to him. After a series of intense battles, Amy begins to quietly suffer the effects of burnout, stress, and overexertion mentally and physically. Her usual spark starts to dim as she secretly pushes herself too hard, eating less, sleeping less, and distancing herself from her friends. Though she insists she's fine, her declining health becomes impossible to hide. The team begins to worry especially Sonic, who notices every crack she tries to cover. Blaze the cat is a princess that has been homeschool all her life. Once her best friend Silver convinces her parents to allow her to his school, her life drastically changes as she makes new friends. With a rough start, she slowly befriends an ebony Hedgehog, who would have never thought he'd be falling for a princess. The Sonic gang is going on a trip to another place called Sycora City, a 2 day trip from Green Hills. Shadow is driving because why not. Sonic is next to him in the passenger seat, bugging Shadow while he drives. Amy is with Sticks, trying to teach her how to act more ladylike and to stop being paranoid. Silver and Blaze and snoozing in the middle seats of the van next to Amy and Sticks. Knuckles and Rouge are sitting in the back. Rouge is teasing Knuckles and Knuckles is annoyed, looking out the window and trying to ignore her. Shadow-rin and Tails are sitting next to them. Tails is sitting next to the window and sleeping. Shadow-rin is sitting next to him and has her headphones in, drawing in her sketchbook. Their road trip was meant to be a fun and enjoyable time to just hang out. But on the first night, they stop to stay over in a hotel in a secluded area. The place was practically empty, and they were the only people there apart from the owner, an old man. The place was dark and old, but the room they booked was more better kept, minus the dust. At night, Shadow-rin and Tails hear something, making them look around the dark halls in the middle of the night to investigate. The owner is hiding something, but they don't know what. And they don't want to find out.
