Felix Grayson is one of the most powerful people in the city of havoc. He pulls 9 of people from their Territories and brings them to the center of the city where they are to do whatever he wishes. If any of the Heads of the city's Territories declines whatever offer Grayson has offered, he can and will destroy them and everything they have. If the people who Grayson chooses for the "game" are able to survive the 8 months with him, they will be payed with whatever price he has set for them.
