While stranded on a planet that has become anything but desolate, Mariona must discover an escape from reality. Yet, she can only fall deeper into the dark. Throughout the second adaption of her story, Mariona fights the lies she has been convinced to believe, becoming more torn between her mind and reality as the events carry out. Light has brought on many happy moments for her, although she has trouble exploring her emotions. There are happy moments in dreams, but sometimes we are forced to only remember our nightmares.
