The conflict rages on, inside and out. No one is safe from the truth that has been buried underneath the skin. Throughout the second adaption of her story, Mariona fights the lies she has been convinced to believe, becoming more torn between her mind and reality as the events carry out. Light has brought on many happy moments for her, although she has trouble exploring her emotions. There are happy moments in dreams, but sometimes we are forced to only remember our nightmares.
