Anim City, a city that embraces anime/manga culture openly and people who love them lives. It's a peaceful city...

But who do you call when your waifus went missing? Or when a cosplayer suddenly robs a bank? Or when a murderer strangles people with dakimakura covers? of course. The OCD.

The Otaku Crimes Division, a special division specifically created from Anim City. They handle all anime/manga related crimes. Now the OCD have a bright new recruit that will help solve problems plaguing this beautiful city...All Rights Reserved
