Symphokinesis - The power to manipulate and, in some cases, generate music
Hatred - Intense dislike or ill will
Enigma - A person or thing that is mysterious, puzzling, or difficult to understand
Perseus Jackson - Annoying. Dumb. Idiotic. Should die immediately.
Ceol - Who the Hades is Ceol? And why is he in her dreams?
Sylvia La Rue had had more than her fair share of experiences with all of these. Confusion is another word that would work for her--it was the state she was in half the time. Actually, it was more than one half (don't let her nonexistent therapist know about that, though). Ever since a satyr named Gleeson Hedge showed up in the Wendy's Sylvia and her half-sister, Clarisse, were trying to rob, it was basically all she knew. Finding out her mom had somehow caught the attention of not just one, but two Greek gods didn't help with anything. Even though that was years ago, she still wasn't 100% sure of anything in her life. Now, she has a whole list of confusing things to do.
1. Save two demigods
2. Try not to murder Perseus Jackson
3. Try not to get jealous of Perseus freaking Jackson dancing with Annabeth
4. Not cry in front of the Hunters of Artemis
5. Try not to murder the son of Poseidon with Thalia
6. Figure out if she wants to join the Hunt
7. Not murder Percy Jackson
8. Go on another life-threatening quest
9. Not kill the supposed saviour of the camp or whatever
10. Figure out who the heck Ceol is
Some of these things seemed impossible, but she'd persevere (hopefully).
