In 1868, 8 year old Joe has become a Vampire and terrorises the Villagers of London Town, causing Scotland Yard Detective Andrews to investigate, while Joe and Jane are adopted by Father McNael and Miss Davies, as Vampire Prince Thomas Carnavan overhears a murder plot by villagers who want to kill off the Demons, Vampires, Imps, and other creatures of the Night and Hell, while the terrifying large, black rats spread the plague, as the illness leaves England and spreads to Ireland.
