The Depths of the Shallows

13 years after enhanced individuals with extraordinary abilities appeared around the world, and society accepted them, we experience the story of the most corrupted city to date, the Shallows, and how it's fate shapes up to be after each brutally shocking event. The city's wickedness blurs the lines between right and wrong and twists our characters' moralities in the darkest ways, and will leave the readers doubting their own moralities by the end.
