The kingdom of Heilakaa was built with magic from the Zodiac Stone, a stone very few know about; its power gives the holder impossible magic. The stone was given to the first king by a dragon as he and his people escaped a tragedy in the north. They left the ransacked city, crossing miles of uncharted territory, in search of a new home. With the power of the stone the king was able to build the kingdom in one day. Some how, now, one hundred and fifty years later, the same king still sits upon the throne ruling the twelve elemental clans.
Aine, a boy of the Sagittarius Clan, and one who was supposed to gain his powers of fire at the age of five, now fifteen, is starting to panic. He can't go into a magic driven and status based society without magic. There's no place for people like that and Aine fears being cast out as the first Sagittarius to not wield fire. He'll have to do something dangerous to change his fate as time is running out for him with his last year at Saziel Academy coming to an end.
