In this four part short story, a young girl named Ava is walking home alone in the winter of Chicago when she discovers a secret power. The power allows her to touch an object and return to its last memory of touch by a person. This ability, while bewildering and exciting, tethers her to the magic of life, of memory and teaches her about the things we never lose, no matter how much time passes.

FYI I wrote this when I was 11 so please do not judge it too much I know that it's bad ;) Brooklyn is a 16-year-old girl that just found out about her family's secret, they have magic powers. Brooklyn is enrolled at 'Miss Magic's School for the Gifted', but will she like it there? Will she make friends? Will anyone survive? This book contains a short death scene, for those who are sensitive to that stuff please do not read the last or 18th chapter. Highest Rank: #416 in Fantasy #2 in MagicPowers
