In a world where different types of monsters exist, so does soulmates. When you turn a certain age there would be a tattoo of a rose on the side of your neck, the color of this rose would be based on your soulmates eye color. That's whats been going on since the start of time, only people who wish to die ever go against these rules.
Vampire, Caroline Vlad is a very smart competitive girl, she doesn't like being looked down upon someone she knows that she could easily beat. However when someone asks her anything about the mystical Rose color tattoo she could not say a word.
