In a world where different types of monsters exist, so does soulmates. When you turn a certain age there would be a tattoo of a rose on the side of your neck, the color of this rose would be based on your soulmates eye color. That's whats been going on since the start of time, only people who wish to die ever go against these rules.

Vampire, Caroline Vlad is a very smart competitive girl, she doesn't like being looked down upon someone she knows that she could easily beat. However when someone asks her anything about the mystical Rose color tattoo she could not say a word. Once she was accepted into her dream university she meets Evan, grandson of Lucifer himself, she quickly learned that they both do not like losing which is why they often fight over certain activities in the university, eventually making them enemies.

Do they stay enemies and face the wrath of the mighty Cupid, creator of the well known Rose color tattoo or they agree to disagree and finally accept eachother.
