One More Day

Indie Grey Solstice, a mere background character with a mysterious past was doomed to be a Cannon Fodder- whose fate was to die before the first half the page!

Her murderer was a notorious serial killer, whose identity wasn't fully revealed in the first novel! What's worse is that she only has ONE day before her fated murderer comes to kill her.

She doesn't know how or what or why he came to kill her!

'How absurd!' she cries. There were death flags everywhere! Can she really change her fate in ONE DAY?

So instead she hugs her murderer's leg and cries:
Indie: "I can't die! Not like this! I didn't even have a chance to legally taste alcohol!"

Murderer: "..."

Like this, she gets ONE more day to live.

Indie: "Ah! Do you see that fancy dress coated with diamonds and rubies? My mother always wanted me to dress like a princess ever since she died of Arsenic Poison! I can't die like this... I need to wear that dress! But I don't enough money..."

Murderer: "...I'll pay"

Murderer: "Hey coachman... drive to Venice..."

Indie: "Now that I fulfilled my satisfaction, you can kill me, rest assured."

Murderer: "Your satisfaction was to spend all my money and waste my time, you can't die like this. I am not satisfied."

Indie: "huh? Why do you need to be satisfied? Aren't you happy that I am supposed to die?"

Murderer: "You have to pay back every penny you took from me. Now Empty your pockets! You have one more day. Quick! Or else you are never allowed to leave me."

Indie: "..."
