Haylight is the kind of phenomenon no one should ever wish to be. She is the only mortal alive among the Seraphimral Mortals, or immortals, that live among the stars of the future. A genetic anomaly, a rare condition, a science experiment, and celebrity all rolled into one. Her job is to live out her life for the entertainment of the immortals, her dream is to not have to anymore. Here is the story of the last mortal.
