After the events in Solis, Mira makes Cesar the head of the weather research facility Zona Tres. After the starting up a Storm Chasing vehicle company, he decides to make another vehicle, mainly for everyday use. He took designs for a Pugilista SUV, put a Verdad 1 Engine in it, of course a tapedeck, and much more. But, after learning of a hurricane headed to the island, he has to find a path the storm will take. Either way, he knows this hurricane is going to wreak havoc everywhere.
