There has been a war troubling Toontown for too many years, haunting the toons even to the year 2039. Almost all the opposition, cogs, have been terminated but their creations, the hybrids, still stand strong. The toons now face what might be their ultimate demise, an enemy that is half-cog and half-toon. When the toon society eliminate anything slightly related to the hybrids, how will Presto cope when he catches feelings for one?
